If your order was placed and you were unhappy with the product or service, there are several ways that you can approach this situation. Ask the seller to cancel your order and file a dispute. The other option is to file a dispute first and then ask for the cancellation of your order. Or, if you prefer not to bother with any of those steps and want things taken care of quickly, cancel both at once!

- Your request will be denied if you have already filed a dispute and then decide to cancel it yourself. You can’t cancel a dispute once it has been filed with PayPal.
- You should only be charged $5 for some cancellations. This is not standard practice, and if this happens to you, you should contact PayPal immediately with your complaint. They will investigate the charge on your behalf and refund all fees unfairly charged to you by the seller (including any fees deducted after canceling).

The answer is yes. If you’re still unsatisfied with the item and want to return it for a refund, do so. You’ll need to file a dispute first before sending your package back—but after that’s been resolved. And the seller has sent out the correct size, your complaint with PayPal will be closed automatically.
