The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is one of the phones that sounds like a candidate for the king of quality-price in 2022. Its design is striking, its specifications may be sufficient, but if this phone can be attractive for something, it is its more affordable price . At Xataka, we have been using one of the most important phones for the mid-range this year for a week, the Xiaomi Redmi note 12 pro plus Price In Bangladesh, and in this analysis we are going to tell you about our experience with it.
The Redmi Note 11 is the latest evolution of this family of Xiaomi phones that comes with a proposal that is quite consistent with what we had seen in the previous generation, at all levels, with subtle improvements. Of course, in its heart MIUI 13 beats on all four sides, something positive… but also negative as we will see later.

Design: keeping the formula of the matte back
The Redmi Note 11 follows the design line marked by the previous generation of this family, and this year we once again have a simple, light phone, and without many pretensions to being especially striking . The rear has left aside the reflective effects that we had last year, and in this generation it presents a matte design throughout its entire surface.
This rear sector stands out again for a rectangular camera module composed, again, of four sensors that are distributed vertically throughout that space. If we turn it around, the Redmi Note 11 screen is a trace at the design level of its predecessors, latest smartphone price in Bangladesh, showing a panel that is distributed along the surface of the phone, with a hole in the upper screen where the front camera is housed. . On the screen, the lower chin again draws attention, which is more striking than the rest of the margins.
In hand, the phone feels very good, transmitting a soft and pleasant touch. In addition to this, it is a lightweight device, which has a good grip, and its grateful 179 grams of weight mean that it is not a very heavy terminal, so we can use it without problem for long periods of time.
Screen: large format and fluidity (although not adaptive)
The Redmi Note 11 screen once again boasts a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with FullHD+ resolution. The improvement that we noticed this year, if we compare it with the base model of last year, is that the screen now has a 90Hz refresh rate, an addition that improves the experience offered by 60Hz screens, but is not enough. the fluidity of 120Hz to which we are more than accustomed. It must be taken into account that for its price to be the most adjusted, mid-range phones must make certain concessions, and this is one of them.
If we talk about the settings, the screen comes with 60Hz activated from the factory , and with the ‘vivid’ color setting. With these parameters, at first we have noticed a lack of intensity in the colors, something that we have easily solved by setting the color parameters to ‘saturated’. We also recommend activating 90Hz to give the phone that extra fluidity, since the factory 60Hz has been insufficient for us, making the experience somewhat clumsier.
The quality of the Redmi Note 11 screen has a behavior similar to what we already experienced with the Redmi Note 10: good experience in content playback, navigation and fluidity. Its 6’43 inches are more than enough for watching video series and movies, in addition to enjoying our favorite video games, and we have not missed more resolution or sharpness at any time.
The multimedia set of the Redmi Note 11 is completed with the sound section, which once again stands out in this family of phones. The punch of the terminal’s stereo speakers is very high , and offers a most powerful volume, although in the highest registers it saturates the sound.
Performance: the weak point
Xiaomi’s Redmi Note family has been marked by improved performance in recent generations. Much of the blame lies with MIUI, Xiaomi’s famous customization layer, which despite being complete, and loaded with options and settings, is a bit too big for these mid-range phones. The Redmi Note 11 is one of the phones that have adopted Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 processor , a chip designed for mid-range phones, which was presented in October 2021, and which gives power to this new batch of Xiaomi phones .
We are talking about a chip with a 6nm construction, which is committed to various improvements designed for games and a triple ISP with AI functions for taking night photos. But most surprising of all, is that the Snapdragon 680 does not have 5G .
However, as soon as we demand more power, the Redmi Note 11 suffers slightly and lag appears, application openings are somewhat slower than usual, jerks in demanding video games and long waiting times in some functions (especially in the application of camera). We also found it slow when loading the photos that we have taken with the phone itself, when it comes to enlarging the image, something that costs more when the photo has been taken with the 50MP mode activated. This is not serious, but it does hinder the experience. It seems that MIUI is still a huge layer for these Xiaomi mid-range phones, and the optimization of its resources by the processor is still a pending issue for the company.
